About Richard E. Kerr

Meet Richard

Richard Kerr has over three decades of experience in sales, business development and E-commerce arenas. Having worked with start-ups to Fortune 100 companies as well as with organizations all over the globe, Richard has an exceptionally diverse background. Much of Mr. Kerr’s success is built on his four guiding principles: in-depth product knowledge, placing his client’s needs above all else, integrity and an abundance of perpetual energy. While recognized as a “people person,” Richard’s mind for business has been honed like a razor’s edge, as he is an exceptionally talented negotiator and competitive pricing analyst. Whether buying or selling a home, his values and communications with clients is his number one priority. He considers his clients, “Clients for Life.”

As a second generation resident of Yavapai County, Richard cares deeply about the community in which he lives. He is committed to the growth and success that continues to make the Tri-Cities area what it is today. Living here satisfies his love for the outdoors with kayaking, hiking and mountain biking being but a few of the numerous activities the area has to offer. Consulting with several “seniors” groups as well as volunteering at the Humane Society takes up the remainder of his “free time.” Richard has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Marketing and he recently obtained his MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert®) certification as well as his CLHMS [Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™] certification.

Nothing equals the experience gained from fostering success. Armed with tremendous experience over the years, Richard has built and maintained long, enduring relationships with “C” level clients. He has worked with executives running sales organizations with revenues in excess of 250 million dollars. For 8 years, he successfully helmed an international travel and hospitality practice for Perot Systems. Well acclimated to providing fast, effective results to demanding individuals, he has successfully transitioned to a career in real estate and is well on his way towards becoming one of the Tri-Cities’ foremost agents.
